How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually delivered within 5–8 working days, depending on your location. You will receive a tracking link via SMS or email once the order is shipped.
Can I cancel my order?
Order cancellation is possible only within 48 hours of placing the order. After this time, cancellation is not guaranteed. If the product has already entered the printing/processing stage, the order cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
Can I return or exchange my product?
Returns are accepted only if the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect. You must inform us within 7 days of delivery with photo or video proof. We do not accept returns for size issues or change of mind requests.
What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
If your item is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact.pikabelle@gmail.com with your order number and clear photo or video proof. We will review your request and guide you with the next steps. Resolutions such as replacement or refund are subject to verification.
Do you offer size exchange?
We do not offer size exchange at the moment. Please check the size chart available on each product page before placing your order.
What if the delivery address is entered incorrectly?
Please make sure your address is entered correctly during checkout. If a shipment is returned due to an incomplete or incorrect address, the reshipping cost will be borne by the customer.
